  • How much does professional organizing services cost?

    The cost of services varies depending on the scope of the project. We can give you an estimate after initial assessment of the project.

  • Why should I hire Arrange It All?

    Arrange It All specialises in creating a clutter-free, organised, functional and aesthetic home/ work spaces. We can save you time, reduce stress, and help you achieve and maintain an organized and efficient environment. Whether you’re overwhelmed by clutter or simply want to optimize your space, we can provide expertise and guidance tailored to your needs.

  • Will the final result make my home ‘Picture Perfect’?

    While we can assure that we will create a functional and aesthetic environment for you, expecting a Pinterest home might be a bit unrealistic.

  • How far in advance do I need to book appointments?

    The entire process, from initial assessment >> planning >> procurement >> execution might take around 3 weeks’ time. We would recommend to reach out to us at least one month before your house move to ensure to block the dates for you. However, we do accommodate urgent requirements to the extent feasible.

  • Do you also handle Jewellery/ cash/ other expensive items?

    We do not handle expensive/ valuable items. We will request you to keep such items safely locked during the project.

  • Can we hire you to just get ideas and then do the work ourselves?

    Yes.  We do offer virtual consultations wherein we understand your space and guide you on how best to organise the same. We also offer product recommendations which will help you organise.

  • Do I have to buy Organising Products?

    It is not necessary to buy organising products – we try to work as much as possible with the products you already have. However, in certain cases procuring organising products is essential to optimise the space and achieve the end result that we aim for. We work closely with all our clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products to them.

  • Can you help me maintain organization after the initial process?

    At AIA, we implement easy to maintain systems so that you and your team can keep the space organised on an ongoing basis. We also train your staff in maintenance techniques. However, if required, we offer follow-up services or maintenance plans to help you sustain the organization achieved during the initial process. This may include periodic check-ins, coaching sessions, or ongoing support tailored to your needs.

  • What happens to the items I no longer want or need?

    We can assist you in responsibly disposing of unwanted items by donating them to charity, recycling them, or arranging for proper disposal. They can also provide advice on sustainable decluttering practices.

  • Do I need to be present during organizing sessions?

    While your presence can be helpful for decision-making and providing input, it’s not always necessary for you to be present during organizing sessions.

    For decluttering services, your input is essential to decide what to keep, discard or donate.

  • Is my information kept confidential?

    AIA adheres to very high professional standards. We adhere to strict confidentiality to protect your privacy and sensitive information.

  • Will you make me get rid of my stuff?

    We respect your preferences and priorities when it comes to your belongings. While we may offer guidance on decluttering and simplifying your possessions, the ultimate decisions about what to keep, donate, or discard are up to you.

  • How long will the organising process take?

    The duration of the organising process can range anywhere from one day to a few days depending on various factors – the size and complexity of the space, the amount of clutter, and your specific goals. We can provide an estimate based on an initial assessment of your needs.

  • Do I need to prepare anything before hiring Arrange It All?

    While there is no pre-requisite to hiring us, its generally useful to have an idea of your organizing goals and any specific areas or items you want to focus on.
